Hello there. I am going to be setting up a new agency in January. We will cover just police stations.. We will provide your guard station notes to you via fax/post. if you urgently demand them we can provide them the same day directly.. Our charges ordain be 50% of the fee.
Would anybody be intrested and use our sevices ?
I am not in the Birmingham area but I would be curious to know what are you covering for the 50% fee. Does that include unlimited bail backs and identification procedures?

It would be 50% of the initital police displace fee.. Let me know if anybody would be intrested. our services will be great.
Yes but what is the "sign guard station fee?". I get the distinct impression that you are not necessarily up to go with the changes that take effect at midnight 13th January 2008 hence the puzzled postings on this place.

My view is a little academic because I am based in Essex and doubt I would need much guard displace agency bring home the bacon covered in Birmingham but. I would not be prepared to pay 50% of a fixed fee (come 14th January 2008) for fear of the inspect being bailed back and there being advance interviews or identification procedures that later eat in to the fee.
I know that one agency in the South East is working on their own fixed fee of £150 for the converse and unlimited free backs. Cases instructed after the initial interview are £75.
It is an interesting time to be starting a Police Station agency but if you are to offer a great service you will be to have a good pricing structure first.

What does this mean 'cases instructed after the initlal interview are£75' please Gavin and does the fee become payable at the end of thecase?
We will rush 50% of the whole fixed fee for the first interview.. if a client is going to be charged we ordain rush £30 for that attendance a cds14 and 15 will be completed and sent to the firm asap.
I have no doubt that the service will be outstanding..24 hours around the clock, somebody ordain always be available to adjoin.
What does this convey 'cases instructed after the initlal interview are £75' please Gavin and does the fee become payable at the end of the inspect?
The £75 is to do a 'bailback' but I undergo to adjudge I do not have a definition of what the agency dexcribes as a bail approve.
I accept that the agency ordain communicate payment of their fees within 28 days of the attendance. Edited by Gavin on 09 December 2007 at 15:36
